Diwali Ball

A girl in my tutor group Nidhi, organised a big Diwali ball where over 250 people came to school and watched an Indian cultural show, ate a fantatic meal, saw a play written by the students and then were lucky enough to see me and Isa in an Indian fashion show at the end.


Nidhi and her friends organised everything - I was in charge (in name only) but did absolutely nothing apart from give the students absolute control. They did the lighting, the decoration, the music, the sound, the advertising, the costumes....etc.
It's amazing what these students can achieve here. I was blown away.
