International Appalachian Trail

August 2003 we went to Quebec and walked part of the Canadian section of the IAT. it was about 200km but we had to carry 10 days of food which made it really difficult. The paths were really steep and we ran out of food towards the end thanks to an incredible downpour which left us drying everything for about 24 hours.
