Stenhouse again

We spent the day walking on Lamma - the weather was beautiful, a little hazy in the distance but still great.
Zara, Jules' daughter is back from University and asked if we could do something 'Simon and Isa' ish!
It was the first time she'd been up after 7 years on the island and I think she rather loved it.

Mt Stenhouse the hard way

Today we went up Mt Stenhouse, me, Pam, Lexi and Bryce, Sonya and Judd and Natalie.

It was 95% humidity, 32 degrees and it felt bloody hot. Once on the top we caught some breeze and after an hour or so sitting in the wind and exploring we decided to come back down a different way directly on to a beach for a swim.

By the time we'd got to the beach I'd been stung by wasps, Lexi bitten twice by some of the big spiders shown above and all of us had legs covered in scratches from bushwacking - we were exhausted, but it was still a great day out.
